Information you give us
Your name, email address and message when you use our forms. For vault accounts we also collect the identity document and address details required to open and operate your account, and the records generated by your transactions with us.
To answer you and to serve you
We use your details to reply to enquiries, to confirm and track bookings, to maintain your vault records, to issue statements and to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to a resource company in Ghana.
Our team, and only where necessary
Your information is available to the desks that need it to serve you. We do not sell personal information. We share it with third parties only where required by law, or where a service provider such as an insurer or a delivery partner needs it to complete your instruction.
As long as we must
Transaction, vault and compliance records are kept for the periods required by law and for as long as needed to serve you. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an account are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to stop sending you updates. Write to us and we will act on your request within a reasonable period.
Kept to what the site needs
The site uses only the storage needed to make pages work properly. If we add analytics in future, this policy will say so before that happens.
