Gold questions we hear often

Straight answers.

Every parcel is released with its weight record, assay result, parcel reference and settlement terms. If you need company registration or compliance documents for your own records, our team will send the current pack on request.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Site visits are arranged by appointment through our Accra office. You will get a safety induction and protective equipment on arrival.

We work with licensed operators who can show lawful title to what they produce. Our responsible sourcing policy applies to every supplier, and we document the source of every parcel we handle.

Sign in to the vault to see what you hold, read your statements and raise a collection request. If you would rather keep it with us, your holdings stay insured and recorded in your name.

Saver questions

What people ask before they start.

One gram. There is no joining fee and no minimum monthly commitment on the starter plan, so you can begin with something small and add when you are able.

No. Holdings are allocated, which means your grams are recorded against your name and not merged into a general pool. Your statement shows the grams you hold and the reference of your parcels.

Yes. Raise a collection request from your vault and our team will confirm the appointment, usually within two working days. If you cannot come to Accra, we can arrange insured delivery to you.

Nothing. Your gold stays your gold. You can pause a plan for as long as you like, then restart, collect or close whenever it suits you. There is no penalty for pausing.

Good to know

Questions about tracking.

Short answers to the things people ask us most on this page.

I lost my reference

Email [email protected] with the name and date you booked and we will send it again. References are searchable by name, email and delivery site.

Nothing has changed for a day

Most steps update within a working day. If a run is waiting on vehicle availability or on your site being ready, we say so on the tracking page rather than letting it sit quietly.

Can I change the delivery details?

Yes, right up to dispatch. Reply to your confirmation email or call the operations desk and we will amend the site, date or contact number on the booking.

Do I get the documents?

Always. Weighbridge ticket and delivery note for aggregate, assay certificate and custody record for gold. Both are filed against your reference and available in your vault.

Can I track a saving plan?

Contributions appear in your vault as soon as they are allocated, and you will get an email the moment the rate is confirmed for your purchase.

Is my gold insured while it waits?

Yes. Gold held in our vault sits under our vault insurance policy until the moment you take delivery, wherever it is sitting in the chain.

Before you write

Quick answers to common questions.

These six cover most of what lands in our inbox each week.

What is your gold rate today?

Rates move daily. Ask our gold desk for the current rate and we will confirm it in writing before anything is allocated to your account.

Can I order less than a full load?

For aggregate, small quantities can be collected at the quarry. Bulk runs start at ten tonnes for most grades, and we will tell you honestly which is cheaper for your distance.

Do you supply outside Ghana?

Our operations are in Ghana. For export enquiries, write to us with the destination and volume and our gold desk will explain what is possible and what documentation is required.

How do I become a supplier?

Send your company profile, the goods or services you provide and your registration details. We keep a supplier register and we look locally first when the standard allows.

I have a concern about a site

Contact us straight away and we will put you in touch with the site officer. Concerns from neighbours are answered by a person and investigated properly.

Can I work with you?

We advertise roles as they open and we hire from the communities around our sites first. Send a short profile and we will keep it on file.

Still unsure

Ask us directly, and we will answer in writing.

Our desks reply within two working days, with the specifics rather than a brochure.
